“The Selfless Ones” – Kočo Racin High School – Veles
Thunderous applause and sincere congratulations were addressed to the students from the "Kocho Racin High School" - Veles who performed the theater play "The Self-Rejected" on the occasion of the 120th anniversary of the Thessaloniki assassins - the Gemidzhii.
The play “The Self-Rejecters”, performed by students at the Kocho Racin High School, is a youth theater production that explores the themes of personal choice, identity, and the pressures of contemporary society. Through a series of scenes and characters, the play depicts the struggle of young people between their own desires and the expectations imposed on them by their environment.
With sincere stage expression and strong youthful energy, "The Self-Rejected" raises important questions about responsibility towards oneself and others, encouraging reflection and dialogue among the audience.
The performance of the play was attended by the former President of the Republic of North Macedonia, Stevo Pendarovski, among the audience, which is a significant recognition of the work and engagement of the young participants.
